A devotee, by his personal devotional service, can influence all the people of the whole world to become devotees of the Lord. If there is only one pure devotee in pure Krsna consciousness, he can change the total consciousness of the world into Krsna consciousness.

Srila Prabhupada wanted to create one pure devotee. That was maybe his biggest wish. Of course, he wanted to flood the world with krsna-prema, he wanted to have books in every man’s house. He had so many desires. Prabhupada had a lot of desires; he was full of desires. But none of them were selfish. It was all desires to serve Krsna.
